About this residency
Titanik A.i.R. offers short-term (1–2 week) residencies for artists and curators working in any medium. Due to travel restrictions, the application is open only to practitioners currently residing in Finland. Available time slots: 2–21 Feb 2021 and 1 Mar–30 May 2021 (the residency studio is not available 8–28 Mar 2021). Residents have a 20m² workspace adjoining Titanik, and access to Titanik’s PA/AV equipment (availability depends on exhibition program). Free accommodation is provided in a well-equipped studio apartment near the city centre (suitable for one or two people). Residents cover travel, working and living expenses (including food, transportation and materials).
Application requirements
- One PDF (max 1 MB) including: (1) short expression of interest (max 200 words)
- (2) preferred dates of residency
- (3) CV (max 2 pages)
