About this call
O—Overgaden invites Danish and international artists to apply to exhibit within its 2024 exhibition program. Applicants submit based on their practice (not a predefined exhibition proposal). The open call focuses on solo shows (including solo artists, duos, groups, or an artist + curator collaboration).
Application requirements
- Submit via O—Overgaden’s online application platform and upload CV + documentation as one PDF (max 5MB). Include: (1) summary & motivation (max 1,000 characters incl. spacing), (2) practice description (max 3,000 characters incl. spacing), and (3) CV + documentation/portfolio (recommended max ~20–25 images). For performance/video/sound works, include links; for longer time-based works, include shorter preview clips (max ~2–3 minutes). Submit CV of maximum 2 pages. Uploading materials includes consent to archive the application up to two years.
