About this residency
Design Ecologies is a Cove Park residency run in partnership with IASPIS. The programme is aimed at visual and applied artists working with ecology, agriculture, food production, rural contexts and community organising (with emphasis on design, craft and spatial practices). The residency offers a private studio and accommodation, access to shared facilities and Cove Park’s peer programme; recipients receive a stipend to cover travel, living and some material costs. Applications for the Cove Park / Design Ecologies placement are administered via the Swedish Arts Grants Committee / IASPIS application service.
Application requirements
- Professional practitioners in visual and applied arts based in Sweden; mandatory work samples (5–10 files) and submission via Konstnärsnämnden e-service (My pages). See the IASPIS/Cove Park pages for full file-format and eligibility details.
