About this call
Oksasenkatu 11 gallery open call for the 2026 programme. Theme: Cooperation. Applicants: professional artists (solo, pairs or groups) and curators. The selection process is based on portfolio + motivation letter (artists); curators submit an exhibition proposal (max 1 A4) and time preferences. There are eight exhibition slots for 2026 (March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October); each slot is 4 weeks (includes installation & deinstallation). The gallery space is provided free of charge; selected artists/curators receive a small fee (amount depends on number of participating artists) which also includes a modest sum for installation costs. Selected artists are expected to supervise their exhibitions. Technical equipment, accessibility notes and other practical details are listed on the call page. Applicants were instructed to fill the application form and send attachments as a single PDF (max 5 MB) to galleria.oksasenkatu11@gmail.com using the subject/filename conventions described on the page (example: OC_2026_yourname for artists; OC_2026_curating_yourname for curators). Applicants were to be notified by 2025-06-20.
Application requirements
- Artists: completed application form including a motivation letter (max 2000 characters), samples of previous work (links or image/video attachments), CV (individual or group).
