About this call
Kaapeli (Cable Factory, Kaapeli) announced a dedicated graffiti gallery in Cable Factory’s basement lobby (staircase C). A first commissioned work would be selected via an open portfolio call (4–22 March 2026) with a €10,000 commission for the winning piece, including paints, supplies, and travel/accommodation. Applicants could apply as individuals, duos, or groups, and may submit under their own name or a pseudonym; 18+ and resident in Finland.
