THE UNREQUESTED — Open Call (Group Exhibition)

The Unrequested invites international and national artists working in any medium to submit artworks that explore art beyond market expectations, institutional validation, and commercial value. Inspired by critical perspectives such as Boris Groys’ Art Power, this exhibition seeks works that challenge commodification, resist categorization, engage difficult or unmarketable themes, or embrace raw, unconventional forms of expression. Artists are encouraged to reflect on the value of art created without purpose, audience, or demand, imagining new possibilities for artistic freedom. Submissions should include an artwork description, artist statement, and documentation with size and price (1–5000 EUR).
