About this residency
Two-month production residency for artists, duos, or collectives working in digital, media, robotic, and bio art. Hosted by alpha nova & galerie futura in Berlin as part of the European Media Art Platform (EMAP) network. The residency focuses on the intersection of art, technology, and science. The program includes an invitation to the kick-off conference in Braga, Portugal (May 8-9, 2026), professional presentation of the developed work, and opportunities for exhibition tours.
Application requirements
- Project proposal, CV, audio-visual documentation of previous work. Applicants must be EU residents or taxpayers in an EU member state, or residents/taxpayers of eligible non-EU countries. Must apply as a duo/collective or propose a collaborative project.
