Ateljeesäätiö (Suomen Taiteilijaseura’s Atelier Foundation) is calling for applications for a vacant studio apartment (B9) at Oulunkylän Ateljeetalot, Henrik Sohlbergintie 19-25, 00640 Helsinki. Apartment + studio total 116 m²; rent €1,414 / month; deposit equal to two months' rent. Lease: 10‑year fixed‑term (tenant may apply for renewal before the contract end).
