About this call
Skellefteå Municipality and Skellefteå Konsthall invited artists to submit tenders for a sketch-assignment for ACE – Arctic Center of Energy. Three artists were to be offered a sketch fee of SEK 40,000; the artist awarded the commission would have a production/execution budget of SEK 1,200,000. Submission required registration and tendering via the e‑Avrop procurement platform (see procurement listing).
