About this call
B-Galleria is accepting applications for 3-week exhibition periods in both the main gallery and the free project space for the period July–December 2026. There are 15 exhibition slots in total; exhibitions include 2 days of installation, gallery promotion and press outreach. Main space rental fee for the exhibition organiser is 460 €; the project space is free. Applications must be submitted as a single PDF (name format: lastname_firstname.pdf, max 5 MB) and sent to bgalleria.haku@gmail.com. Deadline: Friday 31 October 2025 at 23:59 (EET). Note: the space is not wheelchair accessible (main entrance has five steps; door width 71.5 cm, and the WC/toilet is not accessible due to its small size).
Application requirements
- Free-form application including a brief but comprehensive exhibition/project plan, a few clear images of works or samples of previous work, CV optional. Combine all materials into one PDF named lastname_firstname.pdf (max 5 MB). Indicate clearly whether you are applying for the main space or the project space. Exhibitions may be wall-based, events, performances or installations.
