About this call
Open call for artists/photographers to be selected for a solo exhibition at Copenhagen Photo Festival 2025 (theme: ‘Fremkaldelser / Into the Light’). The festival emphasises sustainable, architectural/spatial presentation in close collaboration with the curatorial team. A submission fee of DKK 200 (€27) applied.
Application requirements
- Application requirements listed by CPF include: (1) biography and CV
- (2) project description up to 3000 characters explaining the concept
- (3) concept must relate to the overarching theme ‘Fremkaldelse / Into the Light’
- (4) project description must outline expected number of works, format/materials, whether AV equipment is needed, and whether the project has been exhibited before
- (5) the project must never have been exhibited in Denmark before
- (6) minimum 10 supporting images
- (7) image sizing: minimum 1500px on the long side, sRGB
- and (8) applicants should be open to dialogue with CPF about presentation
