About this call
Romanian–Finnish photographic and lens-based art project “Common Borders”. Selected artists will have their work featured in a printed publication and included in two exhibitions in 2027—one exhibition at Aparte Gallery (UNAGE, Iași, Romania) and one exhibition at Galleria Ratamo (Jyväskylä, Finland). Projects may be existing works or proposals for further development, exploring borders/liminality, intersections and transition zones, peripheral spaces/alternative centers, and separators that also function as connectors.
Application requirements
- Submit by email in one PDF (max 5 MB) including: a project plan, a short bio, and your CV. Write “COMMON BORDERS” in the email subject line.
