About this call
Workshop for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPoC) women to collaboratively produce a public sculpture for alpha nova & galerie futura. The final work will be credited to the participants as co-producers and shown in the gallery space as part of the project. The call required a short motivation letter (3–5 sentences) and participation was tied to a three-day workshop (7–9 November 2023) with a €450 stipend; the resulting sculpture was mounted in the exhibition opening on 11 November 2023 and running through 12 January 2024.
