About this call
City of Helsinki cultural centres Kanneltalo, Malmitalo, Stoa and Vuotalo are seeking new or adapted works of performing arts for autumn 2026 and spring 2027. This pilot open-call uses a single electronic application form for all participating centres. Selected works may be staged at one or more centres and may tour. A 2–4 week artist-in-residence period is offered, along with technical support, marketing, ticketing and a small production grant. Applications were open 2025-11-03 to 2025-12-07, with decisions by 2026-02-23. Information events and contact details are provided on the page.
Application requirements

- attach a PDF with a work plan, budget and supporting details
- include pre-planning and budget information as required by the centres
