About this call
Galerie Biesenbach invites artists worldwide to apply for ART MATTERS 16. This open call selects 9 finalists whose works will be shown in an online group exhibition. From these finalists, 2 winners will be selected to participate in a physical group exhibition at the gallery in Cologne in December 2026. There are no restrictions on theme or medium. This is the 16th edition of the gallery's ongoing open call series.
Application requirements
- Artists must submit one image of an available work, a CV with exhibition list, and an artist statement. Works must be available for sale.
