About this call
Open Art Lund is a juried salon and citywide art event in Lund organized by Galleri cozmo, Kliger Gallery and Studio Bantorget. The 2026 salon will be shown across the participating galleries in Lund from 28 February 2026 to 28 March 2026. The open call is open to professional artists, art students and amateurs who are active or resident in Sweden, Denmark and Sápmi. All media are welcome (painting, drawing, photography, moving image/video/film, performance, sculpture, installation, etc.). All accepted works must be for sale; artists pay an application fee of 200 SEK and Open Art Lund takes a 30% sales commission. Jury decisions are communicated by email in week 4 and delivery of accepted works takes place in week 6. For full application instructions and to apply, use the application page linked below.
Application requirements
- Submit one PDF (one file for up to 4 works) containing images plus for each work: title, year, dimensions (including frame), medium/material, price (including VAT, frame and Open Art Lund commission). Name your PDF with the payment order number you receive when paying the application fee
- enter that order number in the online application form. Video/film works should be included as screenshots in the PDF and full video files can be sent via WeTransfer to info@openartlund.se. Accepted file formats for moving image: .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .mov
