About this call
Mediabox (Forum Box’s black-box media art space) has an open call for its 2026 exhibition slots. It offers 11–12 slots, and Mediabox exhibition times are free of charge for AV-arkki member artists. The call prefers new or upcoming works, and selected works are included in AV-arkki’s online archive. Selection is coordinated with AV-arkki and curated by Forum Box/AV-arkki staff.
Applications are submitted via a Google form. The Forum Box announcement links to AV-arkki’s application page and describes the space, equipment, and the fact that Mediabox exhibitions run for approximately one month.
Application requirements
- Apply via the Google form linked by AV-arkki. Selection prefers brand-new or upcoming projects; selected artists are added to AV-arkki’s archive and sign Forum Box’s exhibition contract. If you are not an AV-arkki member you may apply but must join AV-arkki if awarded a slot.
