Small exhibition space run by the Oulu Artists' Association (Oulun Taiteilijaseura) located in the Oulu House of Visual Arts (Oulun kuvataiteen talo). Arttila presents exhibitions by local artists from the Oulu area, Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu; the gallery space is approximately 20 m². Opening hours: Wed–Fri 12–18 and Sat–Sun 12–16. Free entry.
Focus: Regional/local contemporary art by members of the Oulu Artists' Association (artists from Oulu, Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu).
