KUBU (Kulturhus Björkboda) is an artist-run, independent cultural house and gallery located in a restored ~100-year-old school building on the island of Kimitoön / Kemiönsaari, Finland. It is dedicated to transdisciplinary artistic practice, environmental sustainability, and community engagement, and runs a year-round program of exhibitions, workshops, a craft shop, pop-up café, and occasional residencies and site-specific outdoor works. The venue includes a roughly 50 m² L-shaped "white-box" gallery plus multiple indoor and outdoor exhibition options and flexible spaces for events and education.

Focus: Transdisciplinary contemporary art with emphasis on environmental sustainability, site-specific and community-engaged projects; exhibitions, workshops, residencies and events.
